Perched in the Windrose Tower high above Plano, Texas, this 3,400-square-foot condominium is a masterclass in high-contrast, contemporary warmth. Originally intended as a furnishing update, the project evolved into a full-scale remodel, reconfiguring walls, refining architectural details, and integrating bespoke elements throughout. The design balances bold contrasts of black, white, and taupe with rich textures—ribbed wood paneling, polished nickel inlays, and sleek stone finishes—creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. A flood mid-project required a significant rebuild, but the result is a space that seamlessly blends tailored elegance with effortless functionality.
